Manfred KISSLING has involved on service industries such as Business Processes for the last ten years and Restaurant industry for the last 14 years.
In addition to that has been involved since 2003 as a Director of Sustainable Markets Intelligence Center (CIMS), a not-for-profit business organization, specialized in market information services related to environmentally and socially responsible products and services in Latin America.
Most recently Manfred held the position of General Director at The Foreign Trade Corporation of Costa Rica a public non-governmental trade promotion organization of Costa Rica, and was responsible for export capacity building, trade facilitation and Costa Rica Free Trade zones (FTZ) governance.
He became interested in Sustainable Development and has lead his company, OBS (www.obsamericas.com) to certify as a Carbon Neutral, joining a select list of companies that hold that distinction.
He has an MBA from INCAE Business School and is an Industrial Engineer from Purdue University.
