More than twenty years of experience in Strategic and Marketing Management, for Consumer Goods, B2B and Service Industry; in several important sectors such as: Health Care, Personal Care, Beauty Care, Paper Products, Telecommunications, Copiers, Graphic Arts, Publications and Automotive Industry.Worked for Procter & Gamble (USA), Alcatel (France); also for Costa Rican Corporations such as La Nacion (Costa Rica's leading newspaper), Cefa (Costa Rica's leading pharmaceutical distributor) and Lachner & Saenz (Costa Rica's concessionary for General Motors). He has a MBA in Marketing, from National University at San Diego , California. Ricardo has been in the Outsourcing Industry since 2006.
Alexandra Zuñiga
HR Manager
Has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Catolica de Costa Rica, and also a Business Administration Degree with emphasis on Organizational Behavior from the Latin American Science and Technology University (ULACIT). More than 5 years of experience in Multinational Companies mainly for U.S. Manufacturing area and call center Industry, in Human Resources departments. Has handle processes related to recruitment, selection, hiring, training, organizational environment projects, employee relations and internal communication improvements. She possesses highly problem solving and people skills.

IT Manager & Environmental Compliance
More than 8+ years of experience on technology and telecom on the industry. Carlos is also responsible of keeping a tally on the carbon emission of the company.

Marcela Navarro
Engineering Director
Is an Industrial Engineer from the University of Costa Rica in 1991. Her central area of specialization is in projects related to ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 and quality management systems.
From 1996 to 2002 was Quality Assurance Manager at the Costa Rican plant of LaserSight Technologies and since 2002 is External Quality Auditor for QSI America located at Miami , Florida , USA. She is a Member of American Society for Quality Control.
